Meet Steve Shindle, of Steve's Hot Smoked Salmon & Cheese
We first met Steve in 2009 & were introduced to his amazing award-wining smoked cheeses & salmon that he’s perfected for over 60 years! Throughout our friendship we've always had the dream of learning the process from him someday. Life & hospitality jobs kept us city-bound until we decided to make a change. Training with Steve & Rex Andreasen (Bigfoot Smoked Products) has enabled us to now embark upon our own journey. We are excited to soon produce our own excellent products & connect with you!
