OUR CHEESES
Hand cut & smoked in our cedar smokehouse for 6 hours. We "Hot" smoke our cheeses rather than cold smoke for flavor that permeates each bar throughout so you never miss out on that wonderfully smoked flavor in every bite!

The Original Yellow! Perfect for grilled cheese sandwiches, burgers, quesadillas, or simply enjoyed on its own as a snack. This delicious smoked cheese pairs wonderfully with our smoked salmon. Comes in two bars within a 1/2 lb package.
Steve's Hot Smoked Cheese, Wisconsin White
The classic Wisconsin White has a rich, creamy dairy-forward flavor, making it perfect for fettuccine alfredo pasta, queso dips, or cheesesteak sandwiches. It’s also a delightful snack on its own, especially when paired with enjoyed alongside smoked salmon. This product comes in a convenient two bars-1/2 lb package.

The classic Wisconsin White with a subtle kick, now enhanced with jalapeno cheese! This cheese is great for all the things and adds an extra layer of light, fresh pepper—perfect for our scrambled eggs. We also recommend it as a delightful pairing with smoked salmon. Enjoy it in two bars within a 1/2 lb package.

Our hand cut & fresh (first day out of the water) salmon fillets are naturally juicy, delicious & smoked to tender perfection. We use a proprietary dry rub that keeps our cuts juicy & flavorful. Ready to eat & enjoy!

Meet Steve Shindle, of Steve's Hot Smoked Salmon & Cheese
We first met Steve in 2009 and were introduced to his amazing award-winning smoked cheeses, including his popular jalapeno cheese, and smoked salmon that he has perfected over 60 years! Throughout our friendship, we've always dreamed of learning the process from him someday. Life and our hospitality jobs kept us city-bound until we decided to make a change. Training with Steve and Rex Andreasen from Bigfoot Smoked Products has enabled us to embark on our own journey. We are excited to soon produce our own excellent smoked products, including smoked cheese and smoked salmon, and connect with you!
