We first met Steve in 2009 and were introduced to his amazing award-winning smoked cheeses, including his popular jalapeno cheese, and smoked salmon that he has perfected over 60 years! Throughout our friendship, we've always dreamed of learning the process from him someday. Life and our hospitality jobs kept us city-bound until we decided to make a change. Training with Steve and Rex Andreasen from Bigfoot Smoked Products has enabled us to embark on our own journey. We are excited to soon produce our own excellent smoked products, including smoked cheese and smoked salmon, and connect with you!
